PART A: DISCLAIMER TO CONTRIBUTORS

1. NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME

We do not guarantee that you will earn any amount through Five Bucks. Some Contributors earn nothing.

There is no guaranteed hourly rate, minimum wage, salary, floor, or commitment that Tasks will be made available to you at any time.

Any figure encountered on our website, in the app, in a calculator, leaderboard, testimonial, or social media post is illustrative only and does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee of future earnings.

2. WHY RESULTS VARY

Your actual earnings depend on several factors including:

Task Availability: Fluctuates based on AI lab Client demand. There may be periods with few or no available Tasks.

Eligibility & Location: Certain higher-paying tasks require specific geography, language skills, or Certifications.

Quality Score: Contributors with higher accuracy receive access to more Task sets and higher Reward tiers.

Time & Consistency: How regularly you participate and submit quality verifications.

Competitiveness & Deductions: Tasks are finite. Payouts may be subject to payment processor transfer fees, currency spreads, or applicable local taxes.

3. WHAT REWARDS ARE (AND ARE NOT)

3.1 Rewards are consideration for participation in Task completion and qualified referrals under our Terms of Service.

3.2 Not Wages or Employment: You perform Tasks strictly as an independent contractor. Rewards are not employment wages, overtime, or salary.

3.3 Not an Investment or Security: Five Bucks is not an investment scheme, security, savings product, or yield-bearing asset. Wallets are internal ledgers and do not accrue interest.

3.4 Not a Game of Chance: Tasks require skill, attention, and knowledge. Rewards are earned by performance, not chance.

3.5 Not a Business Opportunity: No fee is required to join, no inventory is purchased, and referral rewards operate on a single-level direct referral basis only.

4. CONFIGURATION MAY CHANGE

Reward amounts per task, daily set limits, certification tiers, referral bonuses, and payout thresholds are configurable and may be adjusted. The current values in effect are always those displayed inside the live app.

5. CALCULATORS AND ESTIMATES

Any earnings calculator, estimator, or simulation tool is a modeling aid only. Calculators apply assumptions to current configurations and do not account for Task availability, individual Quality Scores, rejection rates, or payment fees. Calculator outputs are not binding offers.

6. NO RELIANCE

You agree that you have not relied on any earnings figure, testimonial, or calculator output in deciding to use the Platform. The Platform is a side task rewards interface and should not be relied upon as a substitute for full-time employment or primary income.

PART B: OUR EARNINGS CLAIMS POLICY

7. SUBSTANTIATION & TRANSPARENCY

We will not publish any earnings claim unless backed by competent, written data substantiation for the measured period.

When publishing overall platform earnings figures, we present median statistics (not just top-earner maximums), state the measurement period, and define the user cohort.

Testimonials reflect individual user experiences; typical results vary depending on accuracy and activity.

PART C: CLAIMS BY REFERRERS & THIRD PARTIES

8. THIRD-PARTY PROMOTION RULES

If you promote Five Bucks as a Referrer or content creator, you must not make exaggerated or false earnings promises.

You may not publish false wallet screenshots or guarantee specific income amounts.

You MUST disclose that you receive a referral reward when sharing your link (#ad #referral link).
