Referral Program Terms

PREAMBLE

By generating, sharing, or using a Five Bucks Referral Link, you accept these Program Terms. The Program is a discretionary promotional program designed to reward active members for inviting genuine, distinct new contributors. It is not a multi-level marketing scheme, business opportunity, or offer of employment.

1. DEFINITIONS

Referrer : An active Contributor in good standing who shares a unique Referral Link.

Referee : A genuine, distinct natural person who registers a new Account using a valid Referral Link.

Qualifying Activity : The Referee completing one full daily set of assigned true-or-false questions in accordance with our terms.

Referral Reward : The $5.00 reward credited to a Referrer upon qualification.

Welcome Bonus : The $1.00 bonus credited to a Referee upon qualification.

Attribution Window : The 30-day period following the first link activation during which a registration is attributed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Referrer Eligibility: To share a Referral Link, you must hold an active account in good standing, have completed at least 3 Daily Sets, and have a verified email address.

2.2 Referee Eligibility: A Referee must be a genuine individual who has never previously registered or held an account on Five Bucks. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, and household members of Five Bucks are not eligible to earn referral rewards.

3. REWARDS AND CLEARANCE

3.1 Reward Amounts: Referrers receive $5.00 USD per qualified referral. Referees receive a $1.00 USD Welcome Bonus.

3.2 Review & Clearance: Rewards enter provisional status upon qualification and clear following validation against quality and anti-fraud checks. Both accounts must remain in good standing.

4. QUALIFICATION RULES

A referral qualifies ONLY when the Referee completes their first full Daily Set, passes email verification, and clears automated anti-fraud screening.

Attribution follows a last-click policy before registration. Referrals cannot be retroactively assigned after registration.

5. LIMITS AND CAPS

5.1 Monthly & Yearly Caps: Referrers may qualify up to 25 referrals per calendar month ($500.00 USD maximum aggregate referral rewards per year), unless granted custom higher limits under a written creator/ambassador agreement.

5.2 Single-Level Only: The Program pays on direct referrals ONLY. You do NOT earn anything from people referred by your referees (no downlines, tiers, or overrides).

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not:

Self-refer or create accounts for friends/family without their personal participation.

Use VPNs, emulators, proxies, or bot networks to generate signups.

Buy, sell, or trade signups, or use pay-to-click / reward wall networks.

Bid on search engine ads for "Five Bucks" or "fivebucks" brand keywords.

Post links on coupon/deal sites or send unsolicited bulk spam messages (email/SMS/WhatsApp/Discord).

Misrepresent potential earnings or claim Five Bucks is guaranteed employment.

7. MANDATORY DISCLOSURES FOR REFERRERS

Whenever you share your Referral Link publicly or privately, you MUST clearly disclose that you receive a financial reward if the recipient signs up (e.g. "I get paid if you sign up with my referral link" or "#ad #referral").

8. FRAUD DETECTION & REVERSALS

Referrals are monitored using automated device, network, and task completion analytics. Reversals and balance holds will occur for fake accounts, bot activity, or policy violations.

9. DISPUTES AND APPEALS

If you believe a referral was improperly held or rejected, you may submit an appeal to appeals@fivebucks.com within 30 days for human review.

SUMMARY OF PROGRAM RULES

1. Share your link with real friends.

2. You earn $5 and your friend gets $1 when they complete their 1st day.

3. Single level only (no multi-level pyramids).

4. Cap of 25 qualified referrals per month.

5. Always disclose you get paid when sharing your link (#ad #referral).

6. Spamming, fake accounts, or buying signups leads to instant ban.
