This Privacy Policy explains what data Five Bucks collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

1. Data we collect

Account data (email, username, language, country, timezone), activity data (answers, earnings, streaks, referrals), and technical data (device and usage signals used for security and anti-fraud).

2. How we use it

To operate your account and wallet, generate your daily questions, process payouts, prevent fraud, send service and (optional) marketing emails, and improve the product.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, product improvement), and with your consent where required.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us operate including Supabase (database and auth), our email provider, and payout providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Subject to law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account from Settings or contact us.
